Loh Suk Hwa read law at Taylor’s University, Malaysia and graduated with Honours from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. She completed the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at Cardiff University, United Kingdom before returning to Malaysia to begin her legal career.

Suk Hwa has developed a broad litigation practice covering complex civil and commercial disputes as well as criminal cases. She has extensive experience in housing development disputes, probate and administration, contractual disputes, strata management matters, landlord and tenancy issues, construction disputes and employment matters. Her criminal defence work includes cases involving murder, corruption, and drug trafficking. She has appeared in all courts of first instance and at the appellate level, including the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
