For years, we worked in established firms resolving disputes, mediating issues, and delivering outcomes. During that time, we gained valuable experience and clarity about how we wanted to practise.
We wanted greater focus, greater control and the ability to give each matter the attention it deserves, especially when the stakes are high.
That led us to build our own firm.
We choose to take on fewer matters so each one is handled properly. That means thorough preparation, clear strategy, and decisive action guided by judgment, not pressure. It means knowing every file inside out and standing behind every tactical call we make.

Our History
The Firm was established in early 2024 by Sareekha Roslyna, following extensive experience acting in complex and high-stakes disputes.
On 1 January 2026, Loh Suk Hwa was admitted as a partner, marking a considered expansion of the Firm’s leadership and litigation capability.
Following Loh Suk Hwa’s admission, the Firm rebranded to its current name, Sareekha Loh & Co. (“SLCO”), reflecting its continued focus on disputes work.
